How does Grocesy work?
Enter your postcode and you will see a selection of local shops. Choose your preferred shop, select your products, enter your address and payment details - we will get your order to you in as little as 10 minutes!
What kind of shops do you work with?
We handpick the top local shops available in your area. This can range from your supermarket to a corner shop. We vet all shops before allowing them on the platform to ensure there are no unlicensed or poor-quality retailers.
What times can I order for?
Our core opening hours are 7 am - 11 pm. This may vary by location as it depends on the shops opening hours.
Where are you available?
We are currently available in certain areas of London, but we are working daily to expand our footprint.
Do you accept cash?
NO
What is the minimum order value?
No minimum order value, so you can order as little as you wish.
Is the price the same as in the shop?
There is a slight increase on all products to cover the services needed for fast deliveries.
Something is wrong with my order?
We work around the clock to make the experience as seamless as possible for you. We wish we could promise nothing could go wrong but in the rare case that a problem arises, do not hesitate to contact us at support@grocesy.com.
What if something I ordered is not in stock?
If you order a product that is not in stock, we will offer you an alternative product in its place. The shop will call you once they receive your order to discuss possible alternatives if you decline the alternative product, then you will be refunded the amount you that particular item or the whole order.
What if I am not around when my order arrives?
Bummer! However, if you think you won’t be at the delivery address to receive your order, please let us know by emailing support@devo.co.uk. If we are unable to deliver your order, and the delivery driver cannot contact you, the delivery driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving to complete the next order. In this situation we are afraid that you will still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
How long will my order take?
We aim to deliver as fast as possible and typically order arrive between 10-30 minutes. Unfortunately, factors, such as traffic conditions and weather may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in this regard. Also, during peak demand periods, it will be likely that delivery times will take longer.
Is service ever refused?
To place an order for alcohol, tobacco and cigarettes, fireworks, knives, solvents and lighter refills (each “Age Restricted Products”) from our Partner Stores must be aged 18 or over. By placing an order that includes Age Restricted Products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. our Partner Couriers operate the Challenge 25 age verification policy whereby customers who are lucky enough not to look 25 or over, will be asked to provide proof of age to show that they are 18 or over. our Partner Couriers reserves the right to refuse to deliver any Age Restricted Products to any person who does not look 25 or over, and cannot prove they are, aged 18 or over.
our Partner Couriers also reserve the right to refuse to deliver any Age Restricted Products to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. If delivery of any age-restricted product is refused, you will still be charged for the products and for delivery.
What if I have allergies or an allergic reaction?
We currently do not provide any product description, other than the product name, on any of the Grocesy platforms. You should ensure to check the packaging and contact the manufacturer before you consume if you’re at all ensure.
Why aren't you in my area yet?
Bare with us! We value excellence at Grocesy and so providing excellent service is our number one priority, and we plan to grow quickly through the country and hope to be working with local shops near you very soon.
